SEAMLESS SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
Del Norte County is excited to announce the launch of the Seamless Summer Food Program, ensuring that children and youth receive nutritious meals throughout the summer season. Meals will be distributed seamlessly from Monday to Friday each week at various locations across the county. This program is free of charge and available for kids and teens ages 0-18. Children will be given two meals per pickup, one for breakfast, and one for lunch. It is important to note that children MUST be present to receive meals.
The program operates from 10 am to 11 am, Monday through Friday, allowing families to conveniently pick up meals for their children. The program aims to provide nourishing meals to support the well-being of children during the summer break. It is an excellent opportunity for families to ensure their children receive the nutrition they need even when school is out.
