About Fiscal Services

  • The Fiscal Services Department serves the payroll and accounting functions of the district. The department develops, monitors, and reports the transactions of the district. The goal of the Fiscal Services Department is to administer the District's financial resources and non-instructional operations and services in the most effective and efficient manner in order to maximize the resources available to fund the instructional and support services available to students.

Announcements

  • Paychecks will be delivered to sites as usual. Contact your site to
    check office hours as hours are limited.

    For those that opted out of electronic direct deposit notifications,
    direct deposit advice will be mailed. Be sure your address is correct
    via the Employee Portal.

    Direct deposit will occur advices emailed as usual; they can be
    accessed via the Employee Portal.

    For those that have the District Office as your site:
    The DO will be closed on Mondays and Fridays.
    Office hours: Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:00am to 1:00pm.

    Please refrain from coming to the District Office unless absolutely necessary
