Simple Techniques for Creating Calm at Home

WHO? Caregivers and Parents of DNUSD Students

WHAT? During this 60 minute session, participants will:

  • Learn about anxiety and the brain
  • Learn some simple calming techniques, based on brain science
  • Address caregiver/parent concerns, frustrations, questions

WHERE? On "Zoom" - This is not a webinar, it is an interactive zoom meeting. After you register, you will be sent a link to attend to your child's DNUSD Zoom account.

WHEN? All meetings are from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. We are starting with one parent meeting a month. When you register, you will be invited to every session that is planned for the rest of the year.  The next two group meetings are November 17th & December 15th.

WHY? The current pandemic has increased the anxiety of adults and children. Learn what you can do to create more calm at home.

HOW: Visit to register. Registration is limited to the first 25 registrants, first come first serve.
