Work Orders Update

As of June 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM, we have officially begun transitioning from Asset Essentials to our new work order system, FMX. All open work orders in Asset Essentials at the time of transition have been successfully transferred to FMX.

At this time, no new work orders can be submitted through either system. While we finalize the implementation of FMX, we ask that all new maintenance, grounds, and custodial requests be submitted via email to maintenance@delnorte.k12.ca.us.

Once the transition is complete, we will provide training on how to navigate and use FMX for submitting and tracking work orders.
